Information about a Eugene School District Bond Measure$170 million bond measure would replace four aging school buildings, improve technology, update instructional materials, upgrade security, and repair schools.

Measure 20-211
On February 13, 2013, the City Council passed a resolution placing a measure on the May 21 ballot to ask voters to consider a City Service Fee. The measure is titled “Ballot Measure 20-211: Monthly fee for City fire, police, homelessness and other services.”

Measure 20-213
The passage of this measure will allow Lane County to increase jail bed capacity to maintain a minimum of 255 local jail beds for a five-year period.

The voter registration deadline for the May 21, 2013 Special Election is Tuesday, April 30, 2013. People who are not registered to vote in any Oregon county may register online at www.oregonvotes.org no later than 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, April 30. The online option is available only to those with a valid Oregon driver’s license, DMV-issued identification card, or learner’s permit. Ballots are due no later than May 21, 2013.
