DUII Saturation Patrols in Effect for the Holidays

To address the issue of DUII driving and to ensure enough officers are available to identify, stop and process impaired drivers, DUII patrols will be staffed above and beyond the normal strength through January 1.

As most people are aware, there is also a University of Oregon football game today. Thousands of people will be traveling to and from the game on Saturday, and there will be several celebratory events surrounding the game throughout Eugene.

Please be courteous of other drivers and pedestrians, and always have a plan to get home safely if you plan on drinking.

If you have tickets to the game, LTD’s Autzen Express (routes 990x-999x), operates from eight Park & Ride locations beginning four hours before kickoff.

If you’re celebrating the game elsewhere, all trips throughout the system will be free to encourage responsible travel.

For more information on Coors Light Free Rides, visit coorslightfreerides.com or call 1-800-FREE-RIDES. Then plan your trip today at LTD.org or by calling customer service at 541-687-5555 (7-1-1 TTY).
