The following land use application was received by the City of Eugene. Click on the web links provided below to access general information from the City’s land use application tracking system and to view documents associated with these applications. For more specific information or questions about an application, contact the planner identified on each application’s webpage. Please keep in mind that it can take several days after receipt of an application before planning staff assignments are made for each application.
Application materials are available via the links below and can also be made available for review at the City’s Permit and Information Center between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (99 West 10th Avenue). If possible, please call Rene Kane (see contact information below) before coming in so that the materials can be located in advance for viewing. Copies can be obtained at cost. Please keep in mind that staff may not have had time to thoroughly review the application materials and that additional time may be necessary to effectively respond to inquiries.
Public input and written testimony is advised. However, please keep in mind that applications may change between their initial submittal and when they are determined to be complete. For those application types that require public notice (Type II-IV), testimony should be submitted during the formal public comment period that follows a determination that an application is complete.
