Seeking Comments from the Public for a 10-year property tax exemption under the Multi-Unit Property Tax Exemption (MUPTE) Program


The City of Eugene received an application for a ten-year property tax exemption under the Multi-Unit Property Tax Exemption (MUPTE) Program. The Olive Lofts in Eugene is a proposed 5-story, 36-unit housing with ground floor commercial space at 844 Olive Street. The property is currently vacant and was formerly Rogue Public House (restaurant and brewery). The MUPTE application is available here: Olive Lofts MUPTE Application
A hard copy is available to view at the Eugene Permit and Information Center (99 W. 10th Ave. between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday)

For more information, please call 541-682-5535. Comments may be submitted during a 30-day period and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
