A Conversation about Neighborhoods: August 16

Invitation from South Willamette Neighbors

The Eugene City Council formally withdrew the South Willamette Special Area Zone (SW-SAZ) plan by unanimous vote in May 2016. What’s next for the neighbors?

Development and density are still among the City of Eugene’s goals in residential areas. How should they proceed? Who should be involved? Should changes be planned for us or by us? Is a refinement plan required by law before any changes can be made? Join us in our conversation.

Terri Harding, a Planner for the City of Eugene, will be there to answer questions.

  • When: Tuesday, August 16 at 7 PM – 9 PM
  • Where: Good Samaritan, Eugene Village, 3500 Hilyard St, Eugene, Oregon 97405

Submit your question or comment for Ms. Harding online at http://www.swneugene.org/conversation until Friday, August 12, 2016.

This meeting is hosted by South Willamette Neighbors.
