Removal of On-Street Parking (E 24th Avenue – Amazon Pkwy to Patterson Street)

FYI – as part of the new Roosevelt Middle School campus, on-street parking was requested to be removed on the south side of E 24th Avenue by 4j School District.  The request aligns with future city transportation plans to build a protected bikeway on E 24th Avenue.

After reviewing parking utilization and discussing parking needs with adjacent properties the decision was made to remove parking on the south side of E 24th Avenue from Amazon Parkway to Patterson Street.The following notice will be mailed to owners and tenants near E 24th Avenue.

The Administrative Order (58-16-18) to remove parking on the south side of East 24th Avenue from Amazon Parkway east to Patterson Street was signed on August 12, 2016.  Appeals must be filed by September 16, 2016. Your right to appeal is waived if not filed by this date.
