The developer for Wendell Canyon had withdrawn their application and decided not to pursue a residential subdivision. However, a new application has been filed. The site plan is proposed for 9 residential lots. The current proposal is much less extensive and is limited to the southern portion of the property (the original application proposed more lots, and also proposed development on the northern half of the property).
The applicant does not propose new street connection to the north. By not making this connection it would appear that much of the site’s natural resources will be preserved.
