NOTICE OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION
On April 4, 2017, the Eugene Hearings Official affirmed the Planning Director’s conditional approval of a Traffic Impact Analysis for a new mixed-use building with residential and commercial uses.
This decision has granted final local approval for the applicant’s Traffic Impact Analysis. (City File number: TIA 16-7/ City File Name: Amazon Corner) A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division and may be obtained at a reasonable cost.
This notice, the Hearings Official’s decision, application materials, and general information about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-lnformation Persons who appeared before the City, orally or in writing, may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals within 21 days of the Hearings Official’s decision. Appeals to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals are governed by OR5 197-805 to 197.860 and OAR Chapter 661, Division 10.
