How Southeast Neighbors handles the limited personal information you share with us.
Southeast Neighbors (SEN) is an all-volunteer neighborhood association. We collect only the information needed to keep neighbors informed, and we don’t sell or share it for advertising.
What we collect
When you sign up for the newsletter or send a message, we collect the details you provide — typically your email address, and any name or message you choose to include. We may collect basic, aggregate website analytics that don’t identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your email to send the SEN newsletter and to respond to messages you send us. That’s it — we don’t use it for anything else.
Services we rely on
Our newsletter is managed through Mailchimp, and some documents are hosted on Google Drive. When you use those features, the relevant service’s own privacy terms also apply. Links to outside websites (City of Eugene, EWEB, and others) are governed by their own policies.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time. To ask what information we have or to have it removed, contact us.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out through the Connect page.
This is refreshed placeholder boilerplate, not final legal copy. The existing policy dates to 2021 and should be reviewed and finalized by SEN before publishing; the effective date is left blank intentionally.
